Updated November 2026

Bonfire's portals now carry the name Euna Procurement, and Florida buyers' pages use both names. The vendor account is free; each buyer runs its own portal.

How to register on Bonfire

  1. Find the buyer's portal: its purchasing page links an address that ends in bonfirehub.com.
  2. Create your free vendor account on that portal.
  3. Log in to the account to send your bid and track it, as Hillsborough County tells its vendors. checked Nov 2, 2026
  4. Do it early: the bid documents sit behind that login.

What you can do without an account

Not much: Tampa Bay Water says you must register to see its official bid documents. checked Nov 2, 2026

The Bonfire portals we checked also tell robots to stay out in their robots.txt, so BidSignal never reads them.

Where BidSignal fits

Some buyers we read post their bids on their own website and keep the documents on Bonfire. Your email links that posting, and you sign in on the buyer's portal for the rest.

A bid posted only on a Bonfire portal is not in our email, since we obey robots.txt.
