What changed in BidSignal

Every change you would notice, dated and newest first. BidSignal launched on October 25, 2026.

Florida, with a lamp in each of the 63 counties whose own bid sites we read.

  • Coverage grew to 295 Florida bid sites, with a local bid site in 63 of the 67 counties. New buyers include the City of Jacksonville and buyers in Gulf, Franklin, Calhoun, Madison, Putnam, Columbia, Taylor, Wakulla, Holmes, Hamilton, Gilchrist, Jefferson, Lafayette and Liberty counties.
  • The free preview on the home page answers faster, and a county search shows example bids from that county.
  • The email box now sits right under the count of open bids in the preview.
  • County, trade and guide pages carry an email box of their own, with the page's trade and county filled in.
  • Pages for the buyers we read, with their past bid results where the buyer publishes them.
  • New guides: how to bid on government contracts in Florida and how to register on each bid portal, plus this changelog and an About page.

  • Each bid in your email shows how many firms bid the last time that buyer put out similar work, and the lowest bid when the results show prices.
  • Matching finds many more construction, paving, electrical and IT bids: on a hand-checked set of 145, it caught 117, up from 5.
  • A bid due years out, like a standing prequalification pool, shows its year instead of a long count of days.
  • Every signup button shows the price beside it: free for 7 days, then $29 a month.

  • 41 more bid sources, for 279 Florida bid sites in all.
  • Bid Prep opened: $249 for one bid, and we fill in its forms.
  • A help chat in the corner of every page. What it can't answer goes to Jaedon by email.
  • A page for each of Florida's 67 counties, listing who posts bids there and how to register: all Florida bid sites.

  • 25 more bid sources, for 235 Florida bid sites.
  • Your account page gained a bid tracker, and the morning emails got shorter and plainer.
  • The free week sends every new bid in full, plus a list of the bids already open with up to 3 in full.
  • New guides: how to register as a Florida vendor and how to win lawn-care bids.

  • A new look, with a chart of Florida that lights each county whose own bid sites we read.
  • The preview shows how many bids are open and a few examples, and the official links come in the email.

  • The 7-day free trial, with no card.
  • Log in with your email and a password, or with Google.
  • A privacy page that says what we keep and why.

  • 210 Florida bid sites, now with federal bids from SAM.gov for work in Florida.
  • Add a bid's deadline and its pre-bid meeting to your calendar.
  • The home page shows which counties we cover.

  • BidSignal launched at trybidsignal.com: one email each morning with the new bids for your trade and counties, from 106 Florida bid sites.
  • A yearly plan: $290 a year, two months free.
