What we keep, and why.

BidSignal sends Florida bids by email. We keep only what that takes.

What we keep

• Your email address and your search: trades, counties, keywords and skip words.
• The bids you track or mark not relevant, and which bids we already emailed you.
• If you pay: Stripe's customer and plan ids. Your card stays with Stripe; we never see it.
• If you order Bid Prep: the order, and the files you email us to prepare it.
• If you use Continue with Google: your Google email, only to find your account.
• If the link you signed up from had a tag on it: that tag, so we know which email or site sent you.

To stop abuse we count requests per connection, using a scrambled code, not your IP address.

What we don't do

No tracking pixels, ads or analytics in our emails or on this site. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase stores the data.
• Resend delivers the emails.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Cloudflare serves this site, and GitHub runs the morning check of bid sites.
• Google, only if you choose Continue with Google.

Emails to businesses

We sometimes email Florida businesses about bids in their trade. We use only addresses published in public government vendor directories.

The link in that email carries a short code for your business. We don't record clicks, but if you sign up from that link, we save the code with your account.

Reply no or use the unsubscribe link, and we never email that address again.

Your choices

Every email has a link to change your search, pause or unsubscribe. To have everything about you deleted, email hello@trybidsignal.com and we do it within 30 days.
